The concierge service was outstanding. especially Duke Lei, who helped us explore Zhengzhou. The in-room breakfast was like a home-cooked meal, with a fantastic blend of Asian and Western dishes. and the coffee was excellent!

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was unparalleled. The special touches from the lounge staff, especially with welcoming cocktails, made my stay feel personalized and cozy.

The seafood options at breakfast were fresh and flavorful, elevating the dining experience. However, more vegetarian dishes would enhance the culinary options further, and clearer directions around the hotel could improve guest navigation. An upgrade to gym equipment would also be beneficial for fitness enthusiasts.

We loved the room with the amazing view and the cozy atmosphere. Bringing our precious dog made it even better. The staff were super accommodating, and the lounge felt like a home away from home with delicious breakfast options!

The hotel boasts stunning architecture, with fresh flowers everywhere, creating a warm ambiance. The location is perfect! as you can easily access the metro and nearby attractions like the opera house.

Unfortunately, check-in was disorganized, and the front desk staff were occasionally rude. Additionally, breakfast lacked variety compared to expectations from other five-star hotels.

The breakfast offered local specialties that truly captured the essence of Zhengzhou. I was totally vibing with the authentic flavors. The architecture and interior details reminded me of a culinary art piece, especially with fresh flowers brightening the surroundings. Plus, the concierge team was top-notch, really making my stay enjoyable.

While the check-in process was a bit chaotic, it only slightly dimmed the experience. you know, just part of the adventure in China!
